Terms of Service

Pre-orders

All TorqueBricks products are currently sold as pre-orders. Pre-ordered kits ship within 4–6 weeks of the order date. If we miss the 6-week window, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked, no forms. Just reply to your order confirmation email.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. Your payment is covered by our late-shipment refund promise described above.

Shipping

Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your kit leaves our warehouse.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Unopened kits are eligible for change-of-mind returns (you cover the return shipping). If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right — we cover shipping in these cases. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Safety

TorqueBricks kits are certified for builders ages 8 and up and meet ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, and California Proposition 65 requirements. Kits contain small parts and are not intended for children under 8. Younger builders should build alongside an adult.
