We want you to love your build. If your TorqueBricks engine kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement part or a full replacement kit.

Damaged, defective, or missing pieces

Email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll ship replacement pieces or a new kit at no cost to you.

Changed your mind

Unopened kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Reach out via our contact page with your order number and we'll confirm your return with instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility. If we sent the wrong item or your kit arrived damaged, we cover all shipping.
